THE REAL ESTATE SECTOR HAS ORGANIZED A SUMMIT IN BURSA

A meeting has been organized by a local real estate news portal in Divan Hotel in which the Presidents of the Chamber of Property of Istanbul, Izmir, Bursa and Kocaeli and the President of IMSIAD Namik Ziya Mescioglu and the Chairman of the Executive Board of Bakyapi Veysel Bakgor.

The summit has mostly been about the expected developments to emerge in the field of real estate with the opening of Izmit Bay Bridge that is the forth drawbridge having the biggest central span in the world. In addition to this, the recent developments having appeared in the field of construction and real estate and the regional effects of the project have been discussed as well.

Having explained these regional effects regarding the Highway Project, the Chairman of the Executive Board of the Real Estate Agents of Istanbul, Nizamettin Asa said that the opportunities regarding the transportation betwen the nearby cities will be much more easier thanks to Izmit Bay Bridge.

It is reported by the experts of the field that the properties located on Istanbul, Bursa and Izmir have rised in value in the recent months. This development has been mostly observed on the lands in Turkey which means that more and more have started to buy property and invest in Turkey’s most demanded cities.

“It is no doubt that the Bay Bridge has changed the destiny of the region.”, said the President of the Real Estate Agents of Kocaeli, Alpay Hacioglu. He also said that with the Bay Bridge and the Highway Project, Kocaeli has entered a period of renewal which means that more and more investments are going to be made in fact. The President of the Real Estate Agents of Izmir, Mesut Gulerolgu also made a positive comment about the development by saying that Izmir will continue welcoming new investments. Thanks to the new projects, the distance between Istanbul and Izmir has decreased up to 3,5 hours from 7 hours which is such a good chance for the city.

With these two projects, we can see that a great development has occurred with the arrival of a new period in the field of real estate in fact. It seems that the mobility in the real estate will continue in the following months in Bursa, Kocaeli, Izmir and Istanbul.
